Research and Innovation in Applied Linguistics (RIAL) is a scholarly open-access journal that follows a rigorous double-blind review process and offers mentoring to authors. It serves as a platform for disseminating cutting-edge research and innovative practices in the field of Applied Linguistics. The journal specifically focuses on publishing high-quality articles, including research papers, reviews, book reviews, and perspective articles, with a particular emphasis on Applied Linguistics, including English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and vocational English education.
RIAL aims to showcase studies that contribute significantly to the advancement of English language teaching and learning within the vocational contexts. By exploring topics related to ESP and vocational English education, the journal provides valuable insights into the effective use of English in professional settings. Authors are encouraged to align their submissions with these areas of focus to ensure their work is relevant and impactful.
The journal publishes new issues twice a year, in February and August, providing a regular and timely platform for scholars and practitioners to share their findings and perspectives.
