The Research and Innovation in Applied Linguistics Journal (RIALJ) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation of its content for future accessibility and use. To achieve this, RIALJ employs reliable digital preservation services, including:

  1. PKP Preservation Network (PN):
    RIALJ participates in the PKP Preservation Network, which ensures that all journal content is regularly archived and preserved in a distributed network of global repositories.

  2. LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe):
    Using the LOCKSS program, the journal’s content is preserved through a decentralized and distributed network of libraries. This ensures that multiple copies of the content are securely stored to protect against loss or damage.

  3. CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe):
    RIALJ utilizes the CLOCKSS archive, a trusted system that provides long-term digital preservation and ensures open access to the journal's content in the event of catastrophic loss or discontinuation of the journal.

  4. Google Drive:
    RIAL complements its preservation efforts by storing digital copies of its content in the Google Drive (password protected), ensuring easy retrieval and redundancy across trusted platforms.
