This study presents the design and feasibility analysis of an on grid Solar Power System (SPS) based electric motorcycle battery swapping station at PT Indomarco Prismatama Tbk Makassar. The objective is to design a battery swapping station integrated with an on grid SPS and to analyze its technical, economic, and environmental feasibility. The methodology includes theoretical analysis and simulations conducted using PVSyst software. The results show that the proposed SPS has a capacity of 4.8 kWp, utilizing twelve 400 Wp monocrystalline solar panels configured in two parallel strings of six series connected panels, one 5 kW inverter unit, and a 12 slot battery swap cabinet. The annual energy production is estimated at 7,884 kWh based on numerical calculations and 7,670 kWh based on PVSyst simulations. The economic analysis yields a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of up to Rp 104,891,580, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 14.79 percent, a Profitability Index (PI) of 3.0, and a Discounted Payback Period of 8 years and 1 month. Based on these results, the on grid SPS based battery swapping station is found to be technically, economically, and environmentally feasible, and it has the potential to support more efficient and sustainable logistics operations at PT Indomarco Prismatama Tbk.Downloads
