Abstrak

Water usage for irrigation is one of the various alternatives of water utilization. Water that can be put to gooduse for farming includes the provision and delivery of irrigation water which is quite efficient, is a shortage or excesswater.Provide and give efficient irrigation water that is not straightforward because many factors that affect how theprovision and delivery of irrigation water efficiently, but it is inefficient provision and delivery of irrigation water in thechannel or on land, can reduce or lower agricultural productivity. Issues raised in this study of the efficiency of irrigationwater supply in Sumber Sari village, South Weda, Halmahera Tenggah, having regard to the discharge channel and thewater needs of the plot / farm.Research design uses descriptive quantitative approach of explaining the state of efficiency in the provision ofwater Sumber Sari village, South Weda, Halmahera Tenggah, the data used in the analysis is the speed of water flow(VAV), broad cross-section of the channel (A), flow in the channel (Q), the water needs to plant and water needs of eacharea of irrigation, and the efficiency of delivery of irrigation water on each channel (E),
