PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN APLIKASI WEB UNTUK LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PADA KELURAHAN WATANG SOREANG KECAMATAN SOREANG KOTA PAREPARE

Abstrak

This community service activity aims to improve the quality of administrative services in Watang Soreang Village, Parepare City, through the implementation of a web-based application. Digital transformation at the village level is a strategic initiative to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of public services (Republika.co.id, 2021). The program was carried out collaboratively between lecturers and students through several stages, including needs analysis, web-based system design, official training, and technical mentoring. The development process adopted the waterfall model with a participatory approach, enabling village officials to be directly involved in the implementation process. The evaluation involved 15 officials through practical simulations and questionnaires. Results show that 73.33% of participants rated the activity as very beneficial, while 26.67% rated it beneficial. Training materials and methods were rated from good to very good, while the instructors’ performance received the highest score, with 80% of participants rating it very good. These findings indicate that the training and mentoring activities effectively improved officials’ abilities in managing digital administrative services and strengthened collaboration between higher education institutions and local governments in fostering an innovative and adaptive digital work culture
