Abstrak

This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the management of the Merah Putih Cooperative in ParePare City through training and mentoring in the development of a Business Model Canvas (BMC). Implementation methods included training in basic BMC concepts, interactive workshops, mentoring in developing business models based on the real-world conditions of each cooperative, and the implementation of digital technology-based marketing strategies. The results of the community service demonstrated an increased understanding of the management in formulating a comprehensive and applicable business model. Furthermore, this training strengthened the synergy between management and members in cooperative management, enabling the cooperative to operate with a clear business plan and greater competitiveness. In conclusion, the implementation of the BMC directly contributed to strengthening cooperative management and effective business sustainability.
