PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA SATUAN KERJA PERANGKAT DAERAH PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN MAROS
Abstrak
At a government organization, the success or failure in the implementation of the tasks and governance, influenced bythe leadership, organizational culture and motivation which in turn will create and improve the job satisfaction. Thepurpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on employee’s job satisfaction, analyze the influence ofcultural organizations on employee’s job satisfaction and analyze the influence of motivation on employee’s jobsatisfaction. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling based on the level of groups of Civil Servants(Group I, II, III and IV). The data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis method used is StructuralEquation Model (SEM). The results of this study were 1). Leadership with indicator instruction, consultation,participation and delegation give effect to employee satisfaction in doing the work, 2). Cultural organizations havesignificant effect on employee Job Satisfaction on the SKPD Maros regency government. Employees who got theattention to the final outcome of work and obedience work, innovation, detail / accuracy in work, results orientation,employee morale and aggressiveness, satisfaction and consistently able to improve performance for these employees,and 3). Motivation effect on employee Job Satisfaction on the SKPD Maros district’s government. With the existence ofcareer path, a pleasant working environment, their motivation for satisfaction(reward),responsibility, self-developmentwill encourage employees to improve work satisfaction.Referensi
