Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to design a module of Integral Proportional, Integral, Differential (PID)digitally with HumanMachine Interface (HMI) as the development of Analog Control Trainer Analog Control System(ACS-1000) and several other plant regulation systems that have been used in the Laboratory of Regulatory Systems ,Prodi Teknik ElektronikaPoliteknik Negeri Ujung Pandang.With the development of analog trainer to digital trainerform, it is expected to make it easier for Electronic Engineering students (especially in Ujung Pandang StatePolytechnic) to learn the practice of regulatory system and be able to keep pace with technological developments inwhich today's controllers have generally been digital. In testing the digital controller P is given Vin a sinusoidal signalor square signal with amplitude 1 Volt and frequency 4Hz then obtained display signal Vout seen on digital oscilloscopeVout value equal to result. In Controller I and D digital Vin given a square signal with amplitude 1 Volt and 4Hzfrequency then obtained the results seen on the digital oscilloscope Vout value equal to the results. In testing the inputmodule Vin -1.5 Volt with the square signal type with the changed frequency then obtained error output voltage Vout of1.3 . and error frequency of 1.5%
