IbM DESA NISOMBALIA TENTANG WORKSHOP PENYUSUNAN NASKAH BUSINESS PLAN BUMDes DAN FEASIBILITY STUDY BUMDes MART

Abstrak

The objective of this activity is to give counseling through workshops of BUMDes Business Plans draft andFeasibility Study on the establishment of BUMDes Mart in Nisombalia Village. The basic problem posed by the localgovernment and BUMDes Village officers of Nisombalia Village is the limited capability of human resources inpreparing the draft Business Plan and Feasibility Study is still relatively low. This activity was carried out throughworkshops by lecturing, training, and mentoring methods. This activity is located in Nisombalia Village, Marusu District,Maros Regency. This activity was attended by 10 people who were officerss of BUMDes and Nisombalia Villageapparatus. The results of this activity provide new knowledge and skills to BUMDesofficers and Nisombalia Village inorder to increase their capacity in BUMDes management, specifically in preparing Business Plan and Feasibility Studytexts. Material given was entitled: First is the draft of BUMDes Business Plan Manuscripts; and Second is the FeasibilityStudy for the Formulation of BUMDes Mart Manuscripts.
