IbM PEMBUATAN NUGGET BERBAHAN DASAR JAGUNG DI DESA PA’RASANGANG BERU, KECAMATAN GALESONG, KABUPATEN TAKALAR, SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstrak

Community development program (IbM) aims to solve the problems faced by the community of Pa'rasangang BeruVillage, whose one of the agricultural products is sweet corn. Sweet corn has the opportunity to be developed intonuggets with various flavors. The problems faced is the lack of skills to cultivate sweet corn into nuggets and the abilityto market the products. Methods used to solve problems are implemented through counseling, demonstration and trainingas well as processing practices. The results of the activities is in the form of corn nuggets of various flavors which areadvertised through offline marketing systems as well as online marketing systems.
