PENERAPAN MESIN PEMBUAT ADONAN TANAH LIAT PADA KELOMPOK PENGRAJIN BATU BATU DESA KULO KABUPATEN SIDRAP SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstrak

In general, this activity aims to improve the production system used in the brick industry in South Sulawesi, particularlyin the Kulo Village, Kulo District, Sidrap Regency. Specifically the purpose of this activity is to facilitate the process ofmaking bricks, reduce the workload of craftsmen. The main problem experienced by brick craftsmen in Kulo Village,Kulo District, Sidrap Regency is the process of making dough, molding, and burning bricks. The process of makingdough, and printing is done traditionally using a very simple tool. Therefore the solution offered by the PKM team tosolve the craftsman's problem is to improve the process of making dough, and molding bricks. This is done by designingand making brick making machines, which will then be used by craftsmen. To achieve this, PKM activities include: (1)Preparation of materials and tools, (2) Designing, (3) Manufacturing and Testing, (4) Implementation. The resultsobtained from these activities are made by printing machines that can be used to make dough, and print bricks. Thisactivity has also been disseminated online through makassar terkini.id.
