PENILAIAN KELAYAKAN USULAN BANTUAN PERMODALAN: STUDI KASUS PADA WIRAUSAHA PEMULA DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

The aim of this study to reconstruct scientifically about the feasibility appraisal decision of the capital assistanceproposal for startup entrepreneurs in Makassar City. The research approach was quantitative, and using a case studydesign. This study uses secondary data, data collection techniques using document studies. The sampling technique wasnon probability sampling, and with saturated sampling methods. There were ten instruments used, such as: businesslegality, business ownership, scope of business, time period in entrepreneurship, turnover of business capital, character,assets owned in entrepreneurship, value of business assistance, impact of assistance in future business development, andregional distribution of proposal. The results indicated there were two startup entrepreneurs who belonged to the decentcategory (WP 3 and WP 4), and four startup entrepreneurs who belonged to the inappropriate category (WP 1, WP 2, WP5, and WP 6).
