ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA APARAT DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN KELURAHAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of the apparatus in the administration ofvillage government so that it can be a reference or reference in the government's efforts to improve the performance ofofficials who are currently in low quality. The research approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative researchwhich data collection is carried out by means of literature study and field study through observation and interviews. Thedata collected is then analyzed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions. The resultsof this study indicate that the performance of the apparatus in the administration of village government is influenced byseveral factors, namely personal ability or human resources (apparatus) which consists of 2 indicators namely the level ofeducation and work experience and in addition, supporting factors such as public service facilities are also not can bedenied as a matter of being decisive, maximal or not which is then reflected in the good or bad performance ofgovernment officials in the administration of village administration.
