IMPLEMENTASI FUZZY TSUKAMOTO DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE DENGAN METODE FUZZY PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) FAKFAK

Abstract

The mortality rate caused by Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Fakfak is still quite high due to the difficultyof obtaining a temporary diagnosis. Diagnosis performed at Fakfak Hospital is by laboratory examination, but thismethod is relatively expensive and takes a long time to find out the results. The diagnostic method performed is theTsukamoto fuzzy method.Tsukamoto fuzzy method in Decision Making System (DMS) is done by mapping the input tothe output space.The input space mapping is the clinical symptoms and the output space of the diagnosis results fromDHF. The tsukamoto fuzzy method uses IF-THEN rules, the values obtained from each fuzzy rule are summed usingweighted averages or defuzzyfication. The results of this defuzzyfication are output levels of risk from dengue disease. Inthe manual calculations performed, the output of each interference is given explicitly, so that the accuracy level reaches90%.
