Abstract

This study aims to find out how to make a modification of onion slicing machine and to know the thicknessof onion slices. The research method used is to test the work of modification of onion slicing machine and check thethickness of onion slices. Specific targets to be achieved by modification of onion slicing machine used by homeindustry of fried onions.
