PEMANFAATAN MOTOR AC BERDAYA RENDAH DENGAN PENGONTROL KECEPATAN SEBAGAI PENGGERAK UNTUK MESIN PEMBUAT BAJABU
Abstract
The overall process of Bajabu production may take from 4 to 5 hours, depending on the amount of material to be used. During the process, the material must be stirred continuously. Currently, the partner produces the Bajabu manually using labor, so it is not effective and efficient in terms of time, production capacity, and human power. Therefore, the production staff with relevant expertise will give a solution by using a single-phase AC electric motor as a driving force for the stirring process. The stages of implementing this activity include discussions to solve problems according to the expertise of the proposer, earning out tool planning (determination of the system and tool capacity), and determining motor specifications and speed control, an implementation which includes tool making, training, and demonstration of tool use and deliver}- of tools to partners and evaluating the implementation of the activities. The research results in an effective and efficient process of Bajabu production because. This production process can be reduced to 1 hour. Meanwhile, the partners can do other jobs at the same time and the Bajabu product is better (smoother) than the production process without using tools.References
