Abstract

South Sulawesi has a variety of very diverse wealth, one of which is cow's milk processing. The potential of thisagribusiness can be found and developed in Gunung Perak Village. The three farmer groups produce fresh milk everyday which is then processed in the Sintari Dairy Cooperative. Dairy farmers' milk processing is still in the form of freshmilk, some in the form of packaged ice cream. However, the absence of product innovation makes this businessstagnant, innovation needs to be developed again considering kefir dairy products have health benefits and currentlykefir dairy products are trusted by the public to contain substances that are good for the body and cure various diseases.Tight business competition and creative business opportunities to maintain the quality and quality of fresh milk areincreasingly difficult. Creative efforts are needed to maintain the quality of milk but have health benefits that are easilysold in the market. general public needs kefir milk products in the form of health drinks and cosmetic ingredients such asmasks and scrubs because they are free of chemicals and are safer than cosmetics ingredients on the market.
