ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA APARAT DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN KELURAHAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of the apparatus in the administration of
village government so that it can be a reference or reference in the government's efforts to improve the performance of
officials who are currently in low quality. The research approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative research
which data collection is carried out by means of literature study and field study through observation and interviews. The
data collected is then analyzed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions. The results
of this study indicate that the performance of the apparatus in the administration of village government is influenced by
several factors, namely personal ability or human resources (apparatus) which consists of 2 indicators namely the level of
education and work experience and in addition, supporting factors such as public service facilities are also not can be
denied as a matter of being decisive, maximal or not which is then reflected in the good or bad performance of
government officials in the administration of village administration.
