Abstract


The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of bureaucratic behavior in public services so that in the
future it can become a reference in efforts to improve public services. The method used in this study is a type of
qualitative descriptive research whose data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data
collected, analyzed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that
bureaucratic behavior has a significant influence on good public services, poor public services are determined by the
apparatus through their ability to carry out their main tasks measurably with behavioral indicators such as obedience,
work persistence, accountability, job satisfaction and discipline which ultimately leads to satisfaction whether the
community is a form of public assessment of government in the segmentation of public service.
