ADOPSI ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE BAGI WIRAUSAHA PEMULA DI KOTA MAKASSAR (STUDI KASUS PADA BIG BANANAS )

Abstract


Beginner entrepreneurs use online food delivery service as a strategy to increase sales. This study aims to
determine how the impact of the adoption of online food delivery services in the city of Makassar, especially in Big
Bananas. This research is expected to attract business people to adapt to technological developments, in this case online
food delivery service as an effort to expand business areas and understand changes in consumer behavior who want to
convenience in meeting their needs and desires. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data
collection techniques carried out by observation and in-depth interviews. The founder of Big Bananas was the subject in
this research. This research shows that adopting an online food delivery service has a positive impact on increasing sales
profit and expanding business area.
