Abstract

Aim of the research is develop learning environment model a based blandad learning for coastal popolation
Palopo City, for used in learning groups in the form documentary videos. Type of research , in the development research
a product in the a documentary video by used by a coastal population group that was valid, practical, and effective. The
results of the first meeting trial: (1) Practical, The BLH model by porduce practical criteria, test the implementation of
the cystax component, social systems, reaction principles, and support systems, ( 2) Effectively, proposing learning
material through documentary videos average score of 47.5 in fisherman study groups. Trial two of meetings learning
mastery of material through documentary video the average score increased to 60.8. Research and development Model
validity fulfilled all aspects the assessed as very valid, namely Documentary Video validation obtained an average score
of 3.68. concluded the development of environmental learning models (BLH) elements of validity.
