Abstrak

Aim of the research is develop learning environment model a based blandad learning for coastal popolationPalopo City, for used in learning groups in the form documentary videos. Type of research , in the development researcha product in the a documentary video by used by a coastal population group that was valid, practical, and effective. Theresults of the first meeting trial: (1) Practical, The BLH model by porduce practical criteria, test the implementation ofthe cystax component, social systems, reaction principles, and support systems, ( 2) Effectively, proposing learningmaterial through documentary videos average score of 47.5 in fisherman study groups. Trial two of meetings learningmastery of material through documentary video the average score increased to 60.8. Research and development Modelvalidity fulfilled all aspects the assessed as very valid, namely Documentary Video validation obtained an average scoreof 3.68. concluded the development of environmental learning models (BLH) elements of validity.
