PELAKSANAAN PELAPORAN MONITORING DAN EVALUASI PROGRAM DI BAGIAN ADMINISTRASI PEMBANGUNAN SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA PALOPO

Abstract

Monitoring and Evaluation are two integrated activities in the framework of controlling a program. Although it
is a single activity, Monitoring and Evaluation has a different focus from each other. So that the implementation is
expected on time. This study aims to analyze the implementation of reporting monitoring and evaluation of development
programs in the Development Administration Section of the Palopo City Regional Secretariat to the extent of the success
rate of implementation. The benefits of research are that they can be used as a comparative study material and become a
contribution to scientific thinking in completing studies that lead to the development of science, especially regarding the
issue of reporting monitoring and evaluation. This research uses descriptive research method which is a research method
conducted through observation to obtain information about a particular problem. The results of this study indicate that the
implementation of program monitoring and evaluation reporting in the development administration section of the
Regional Secretariat of Palopo City.
