APLIKASI MONITORING ASET DAN INVENTARIS LAB.ORATORIUM BERBASIS WEB UNTUK JURUSAN TEKNIK ELEKTRO POLITEKNIK NEGERI UJUNG PANDANG (PNUP)

Abstract

Polytechnic is a college that organizes vocational education in various clusters of science and technology. The
learning process in polytechnics is dominated by practicum which is 70% and 30% theory. The magnitude of the
percentage of practicum affects the number of lab.oratories. Tools and materials used in the practicum process are
lab.oratory assets and inventory that must always be maintained and checked the condition of the equipment. In PNUP in
terms of monitoring assets and practicum inventories are still manually. So we need an application to monitor assets and
inventory of specialized lab.oratories for electrical engineering majors. This application will provide convenience in
monitoring the condition of damaged equipment and tools that need further improvement. Making this system starts with
analyzing needs, design design as the basis for making the system, access rights consist of technicians of each lab.oratory
and procurement department on campus one, content creation consists of lab.oratory data, checking tools and materials,
repair of tools and materials as well as requests for tools and further materials to print lab.oratory data.
