PENGARUH KOMPOSISI MEMBRAN BERBASIS PVC MENGGUNAKAN IONOFOR 1,10, DIAZA, 18-CROWN-6 TERHADAP KINERJA ELEKTRODA SELEKTIF ION (ESI)- Pb(II)
Abstract
Performance using Ionophore1.10, Diaza, 18-Crown-6, Plasticizer NPOE (Nitrophenyl Octhyl Ether), Anionic Site
KTCPB (Potassium Tetrakis (4-chloro phenyl) borate) have been performed. The study is aimed at designing selective
electrode ions for lead in a polymeric PVC membrane electrode. The PVC membrane is made with a total composition
of PVC, NPOE, ionophore and KTCPB is 100 mg diluted with tetrahydrofuran. Ion Selective Electrode is made by
immobilizing the ionophore into the PVC polymer. Result of research obtained two compositions that give good
response to ion Pb that is at composition 30:60.6:4 with nernst factor is 23,3 (R = 0,979), range of measurement is 1 x
10-5 M – 1 x 10-1 M and at composition with nernst factor is 30:58.8:4 26,15 (R = 0,830), range of measurement is 1 x
10-3 M – 1 x 10-1 M.
