PENGARUH SUHU DAN MODEL KESETIMBANGAN EKSTRAKSI ZAT WARNA BIRU PADA DAUN TARUM BERAT 50 g
Abstract
indigo dye with a color withdrawal system with extraction system. The gpal of research is studying the effect of
temperature ratio to Weight (10, 25, 50,100, 150 and 200) gram and operating temperature (30, 40 50 and 60) oC for 120
min with 500 rpm stirring speed for extract tarum leaf using water as a solvent. Indigo in the extracting solution was
taken every 10 minutes, analyzed using UV-VIS Spectrometer at 480 nm wavelength obtained absorbed, converted
standard curve equation and obtained the concentration of blue dye. The results showed that at temperature 30 oC,
volume 500 ml time 120 minutes weight 150 gram, indigo concentration 0.0714 g / ml. The best operating temperature
is 40 oC at 50 grams of tarum leaf in 500 ml, langmuir equilibrium equations = . ∗
