UNJUK KERJA REWINDING MOTOR INDUKSI DENGAN ISOALASI BELITAN STATOR BERBEDA

Abstract


This research is done by rewinding method with accurate determination of measurement of cross section diameter, and
number of winding, insulation heating, distance between gap rotor and stator, choose material of various kinds of
insulation winding stator induction motor good quality, such as enamel copper wire, aluminum wire .. After direwinding
conducted data retrieval through a series of measurements and testing in the Electrical Machine laboratory which
includes Test without Load, Load test. Aims to know the rewinding effect on the performance / characteristics of each
isolation of stator windings of induction motors that have been direwinding. The result of measurement of isolation
resistance has fulfilled the standard of PUIL 2011, the insulation resistance of the entanglement of enamel is bigger than
the insulation resistance of aluminum winding The result of no-load measurement by adjusting the input voltage is
directly proportional to the increase of current, power, velocity, and working factor on the rewinding motor. aluminum
winding has a larger current than the motor results rewinding entanglement email, sebailknya power, speed and work
factor is greater than aluminum entanglement. In the loaded measurements indicate that the performance of a motor
using aluminum windings is lower than that of an e-mail
