PENINGKATAN STABILITAS TRANSIENT PADA PLTMH MELALUI PERBAIKAN MEKANISME PENGONTROLAN CEPAT DAYA MEKANIK TURBIN CROSS FLOW

Abstract


Stabilitas sistem tenaga listrik merupakan karakteristik sistem tenaga yang memungkinkan mesin bergerak
serempak dalam sistem pada operasi normal dan dapat kembali dalam keadaan seimbang setelah terjadi gangguan.
Untuk meningkatkan kestabilan sistem generator sinkron dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya
menggunakan pengontrolan daya mekanik turbin melalui metode fast valving. Dari hasil simulasi dengan perbaikan
metode penutupan katup utama turbin pada PLTMH, apabila terjadi perubahan daya yang tiba tiba sebesar 0,2 pu maka
diperoleh perbaikan kestabilan sistim mencapai kurang lebih 10%.
