IbM DESA NISOMBALIA TENTANG WORKSHOP PENYUSUNAN NASKAH BUSINESS PLAN BUMDes DAN FEASIBILITY STUDY BUMDes MART

Abstract

The objective of this activity is to give counseling through workshops of BUMDes Business Plans draft and
Feasibility Study on the establishment of BUMDes Mart in Nisombalia Village. The basic problem posed by the local
government and BUMDes Village officers of Nisombalia Village is the limited capability of human resources in
preparing the draft Business Plan and Feasibility Study is still relatively low. This activity was carried out through
workshops by lecturing, training, and mentoring methods. This activity is located in Nisombalia Village, Marusu District,
Maros Regency. This activity was attended by 10 people who were officerss of BUMDes and Nisombalia Village
apparatus. The results of this activity provide new knowledge and skills to BUMDesofficers and Nisombalia Village in
order to increase their capacity in BUMDes management, specifically in preparing Business Plan and Feasibility Study
texts. Material given was entitled: First is the draft of BUMDes Business Plan Manuscripts; and Second is the Feasibility
Study for the Formulation of BUMDes Mart Manuscripts.
