Abstract

The simple soap making process that is applied to group women named PKK in Pattallasang Gowa District is by the cold
or cold process method. This method is quite simple and easy. Because in cold conditions it does not require high
temperatures. Soap made from natural ingredients such as: coconut oil mixed with caustic soda and skin smoothing
ingredients such as coffee, chocolate, cucumber, papaya using a cold process but is very suitable for mothers in the area.
From these activities attended by more than 25 mothers even the gentlemen are quite interested in this activity. It starts
with an explanation of the manufacturing process and begins with practice. Furthermore, the process of submitting the
practice materials and the results of the soap made and personal protective equipment consisted of masks, gloves and
soap molds for the participants
