PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN KELOMPOK WANITA TANI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN LIQUID STATE FERMENTATION DI DESA MATTOANGIN KECAMATAN BANTIMURUNG

Abstract


This activity was carried out in Mattoanging Village, Bantimurung Subdistrict during February - March 2018.
This activity aimed to 1) improve community skills in designing and creating LSF (Liquid State Fermentation) as an
environmentally friendly organic fertilizer, 2) increasing student involvement in improving community skills as in
designing and making LSF (Liquid State Fermentation) as an environmentally friendly Organic fertilizer 3) increasing
the ability to design strategies in providing training to the wider community about the use of LSF (Liquid State
Fermentation) as an environmentally friendly Organic fertilizer that can affect the improvement of the quality of superior
products in the Region in commodity matters.
The method of this activity is the workshop method in the form of intensive training and assistance to produce
products in the form of environmentally friendly liquid organic fertilizers from the results of LSF (Liquid State
Fermentation) which can be used as a support for community plant growth. The stages consist of 1) Preparation and
debriefing, 2) implementation and assistance, 3) evaluation. This training provides a good learning experience and
enhances the skills of the trainees. liquid State fermentation that was developed during the training are Liquid Coconut
Fermented Fertilizer with ta'jin water, Liquid Coconut Fermented Fertilizer with maja fruit and Fermented Honey and
Egg Liquid Fertilizer. Based on the analysis results of the training participants' responses to this training, it was found
that 91.25% of the trainees gave a positive response to this training.
