Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Panduan Penulis

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of the PROtek : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Elektro must be:

  1. Written in English or Indonesia
  2. The length of the submitted paper maximal 8 pages.
  3. Use a tool such as Mendeley, Zotero or EndNote for reference management and formatting, or manual citation, and choose IEEE style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the template 

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present following the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should describe the research aims, method/model, and objective, without Acronym or abbreviation
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 150 to 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a Background (2-3 Sentences), Research Methodology (2-3 Sentences), and Results (Minimal 8 Sentences), and the Conclusions (2-3 Sentences).
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Basic of Theory - Method - Results and Discussion - Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum 10 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers. The references must be up-to-date references (10 years back).
