Abstract


Entrepreneurship learning competencies at this time that have not fully contained aspects of environmental
concern. The results of this research are part of the Research and Development (R & D), namely (1) Research &
Identification learning, (2) Select instructional design, (3) Making develop, and (4) Applying validity test & revise.
The purpose of this research only refers to the first and second stages, it's identifying entrepreneurial learning
competencies that are environmentally and drafting an entrepreneurship learning model. Method of sending data by
questionnaire and interview. The results from September 2017 to August 2018 were census that the beginning of
education in tertiary institutions was still relatively low, especially in the ability of green character, green marketing, and
green branding. While the response of students to entrepreneurial material is less fun, less active and tends to be ignorant.
Furthermore, an entrepreneurial learning model that is environmentally sound is designed in accordance with the times,
science and technology, current social phenomena and environmental conditions.
