PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN AGAMA TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN SIKAP TOLERANSI BERAGAMA PADA MAHASISWA POLITEKNIK NEGERI UJUNG PANDANG

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic education on the establishment of religious tolerance attitudes.
This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach by analyzing correlational descriptive and regression using
parametric statistics. A quantitative approach is used to analyze and interpret data that has been collected through
questionnaires. Whereas correlational descriptive is intended to describe the facts systematically, properties and
relationships between the variables. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Data collection was
carried out for 55 students of State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang
The results of multiple regressions above indicate that the independent variable has a positive effect on the
dependent variable, namely tolerance. Besides that the dominant independent variable is the aqidah variable (X1) of
0.392. Based on the table t count, the X1 variable is 3.985. It means that t count is greater than t table which is 2.00. The
hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between religious education and the establishment of tolerated
attitudes is accepted.
