PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA: STUDI KASUS BUMDES TIRTA MANDIRI

Abstract

An objectives the research are 1) conducting a juridical study on the institutional arrangements of the TirtaMandiri BUMDes, 2) understand the development of the Tirta Mandiri BUMDes business unit, 3) understand the socioeconomic-financial impacts of the existence of the Tirta Mandiri BUMDes, and 4) understand the strategy of TirtaMandiri BUMDes in increasing the competitiveness of its business. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach,with case study method. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and document study. The data analysistechnique of this study uses interactive data analysis of Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study indicatesthe institutional structure of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri has fulfilled the prevailing laws and regulations, the development ofthe business unit of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri indicate the significant progress, Tirta Mandiri BUMDes has a positivesocio-economic-financial impact on improving the economic life of its citizens, and Tirta Mandiri BUMDes hasimplemented a strategy to improve business competitiveness through technology.
