PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA (Kasus Pada Driver Transportasi Online)
Abstract
The research aim is to determine the influence financial compensation to work motivation. It is belong to online
transportation driver cases. Using one of customer account application to collect the data through questionare and
interview. The amount of the sample is 30 drivers by accidental sampling method. The data is analyzed by using
smartpls 2.0 Verse. The result is divided into descriptive and inferencial statistic. The descriptive result shows that most
of the drivers are male, productive ages, bugineese with normal time work and choose this job as the main job. Otherwise,
inferencial statistic result shows that there is strong influences between the two variables.It shows that the lowest
indicator of financial compensation is incentive payment and the highest is achievement payment.
