Abstract


The achieved purpose of this research is to clarify the effect of convenience, comfort and security as well as banking
integrity on customers’ interest in using internet banking. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that
bases itself on quantitative test using statistical instrument with SPSS aid. The results of this research indicated that (1)
R2 was 28.4% independent variable affected the dependent variable, and the remaining 71.6% was influenced by other
variables outside this research model. (2) both simultaneous and partial tests indicated that all independent variables had
a significant effect on customers’ statisfaction using internet banking at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Samarinda Branch-
Indonesia. Conclusions, because all variables in this research have a significant effect on customers’ interest of Bank
Rakyat Indonesia in saving money, so, the bank needs to maintain various conveniences, comfort, trust and security as
well as its integrity needs to be maintained by considering all these variables are the most valuable capital for banking
business services in Indonesia in general and Samarinda in particular.
