PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA BENDAHARA DESA (STUDI KASUS PADA DESA DI KABUPATEN PINRANG)

Abstract


The conditions of regional government officials and treasurers are currently low in capacity, especially in terms of
regional financial management. The finance ministry also assesses that village officials are still not ready to receive the
village budget budget at this time. Factors that influence treasurer performance are training on financial management.
Training is a learning process using certain techniques and methods. Training refers to the efforts planned by an
organization to facilitate the learning of employees about the competencies needed in the completion of a job. The
sample in this study was the treasurer as the manager of village funds in Pinrang district. Each variable has a further
indicator, these indicators become the starting point for compiling the questionnaire instrument. The answer from the
instrument is then measured by a Likert scale. The results showed that training had a positive effect on the performance
of the village treasurer. The positive influence between training on the performance of the village treasurer shows that the
higher / often the training, the more it will improve the performance of the village treasurer. Therefore, it is necessary to
test other variables not examined in this study, such as compensation, leadership or organizational culture. In addition,
this study only examines village treasurers in Pinrang district, so it needs to be developed and researched in other areas.
