PENGARUH KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PENGRAJIN PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (UKM) SARUNG HJ. FATMAWATI SAMARINDA

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to analyze and to prove the influence of competence variables such as knowledge,
skills, self concept/values, personal characteristics and motives simultaneously and partially on the performance of
employees/craftsmen in UKM Sarung Hj. Fatmawati Samarinda. The benefits of this research are to provide relevant
information and reference materials for UKM, especially in making managing human resources in small industries. The
population is all employees or craftsmen in UKM Sarung Hj. Fatmawati Samarinda as many as 110 people. Model
Analysis is multiple linear regression and use SPSS 20.00 program. The results show that independent variables
including knowledge, skills, self concept/values, personal character and motives simultaneously affect performance
variables. While the partial variables knowledge, skills, self concet/values, personal characteristics, and motives have a
positive and significant impact on the performance of craftsmen.
