IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KELOMPOK USAHA BERSAMA (KUBE) DI DESA LAUWA KECAMATAN BELOPA UTARA KABUPATEN LUWU
Abstract
This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Joint Business Group Program (KUBE) in Lauwa
Village, North Belopa District, Luwu Regency. The research method used is data collection techniques, direct
observation at the site, interviews with several informants, and documentation. For data management techniques, the
author uses qualitative descriptive research, using the technical analysis of Miles and Huberman data, namely: Data
Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion. The results showed that the Joint Business Group Program in Lauwa Village
had not been implemented effectively because the mechanism that was implemented still experienced various problems
such as socialization that had not been carried out routinely, the determination of target groups that did not meet criteria,
capital discrepancies with types of businesses, counseling on business skills was not carried out continually, the
mentoring / mentoring process is not routinely carried out.
