Abstract


The mortality rate caused by Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Fakfak is still quite high due to the difficulty
of obtaining a temporary diagnosis. Diagnosis performed at Fakfak Hospital is by laboratory examination, but this
method is relatively expensive and takes a long time to find out the results. The diagnostic method performed is the
Tsukamoto fuzzy method.Tsukamoto fuzzy method in Decision Making System (DMS) is done by mapping the input to
the output space.The input space mapping is the clinical symptoms and the output space of the diagnosis results from
DHF. The tsukamoto fuzzy method uses IF-THEN rules, the values obtained from each fuzzy rule are summed using
weighted averages or defuzzyfication. The results of this defuzzyfication are output levels of risk from dengue disease. In
the manual calculations performed, the output of each interference is given explicitly, so that the accuracy level reaches
90%.
