Abstract


The Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises formed various consulting services
for SMEs and one of them was the South Sulawesi PLUM KUMKM Makassar UKM, which reportedly only benefited
212.6 thousand MSMEs. From these data it can be concluded that as many as 57.6 million MSMEs have not received
services. This is due, among other things, to the insufficient number of consultant resources who want to consult MSMEs,
MSMEs that are still running on their own without wanting to be accompanied, MSMEs who feel reluctant to ask directly
to consultants, to the media and access information that is unknown to MSMEs.
The presence of BOT based online consultation service system using the RAD (Rapid Application
Development) Method In Makassar PLUT SULSEL this is one of the solutions for stakeholders, especially for MSMEs
where they provide consultation solutions with access anywhere and anytime using their smartphone
