Abstract


Temperature is one of the factors that affect the durability of electronic devices, where the increase in
temperature can cause damage due to components that are not resistant to high temperatures due to turning on electronic
devices for a long time, such as computers and other devices in the server room. To maintain the durability of these
electronic devices, an air conditioner (fan) is needed. The fan will work continuously to maintain a normal room
temperature which has an impact that is an increase in electrical power usage. To overcome this condition, a temperature
controller is automatically designed using the LM 35 temperature sensor performance and Arduino microcontroller.
Based on the results of the trial, at a temperature equal to or greater than 300C until the temperature of 270C the fan will
work (ON). Outside of these temperature conditions, the fan will be OFF to a certain level temperature.
