DRONE PENGIKUT OBJEK BERBASIS IMAGE PROCESSING

Abstract


A drone can be flied by using a manual or an automatic control. In the application, a drone can be equipped with a
camera sensor that allows the drone to take visual data in the form of images of the surrounding environment. Then,
image processing can be applied to the images for various purposes. The purpose of this basic research is to create an
algorithm to detect and to follow a moving object and to apply the algorithm to a drone. The stages of this research are
the development of the drone, creating an algorithm to detect and to follow a moving object by utilizing the object’s
color feature, coding, indoor experiments, and outdoor experiments. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded
that the algorithm and coding that have been made can detect and follow a moving object by utilizing the object's color
feature.
