Abstract

Demand for these shallots tends to continue to increase from year to year, this is due to the production of friedonions which in every home and restaurant eating places use fried onions as a flavoring food. To produce quality friedonion products, the onion must first be peeled from the bark because the epidermis in the onion has no taste and is alsonot hygienic to consume. There is also an increasing number of requests that are inversely proportional to the amount ofproduction given / day because it is too long to peel the skin of the onion. In response to this, an onion peeler machinewas made using a mechanical work system to help the home fried onion industry. A peeler machine that will be madewith the aim to increase the production of stripping onion onion.
