PERAN STRATEGI GENERIK PORTER DALAM MEMEDIASI PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN INDUSTRI TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of industrial environmental force on financial performance of the horse
meat culinary business in Jeneponto. Number of samples analyzed was 96 people. The results of the validity test on 16
items showed that the entire items were valid because its were < 0.05. Furthermore, the reliability test results show the
coefficient reliability values of Industrial Environment Force (X1), Cost Leadership Strategy (Y1), Differentiation
Strategy (Y2), Focus Strategy (Y3), and Financial Performance (Y4) are ≥ 0.60, hence the whole items used are reliable.
This research also examines the inner model using R Square (R2) with values of Y1 = 0.341, Y2 = 0.422, Y3 = 0.347,
and Y4 = 0.602, and Q Squares (Q2) of 0.901. The hypothesis test results show that all relationships are positive and
significant, except for the direct effect of Industrial Environmental Pressure (X1) on Financial Performance (Y4).
