ANALISIS INDEKS KINERJA REHABILITASI JARINGAN IRIGASI PADA DAERAH IRIGASI (D.I.) LEKOPANCING KABUPATEN MAROS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of the performance index of irrigation network rehabilitation inIrrigation Area (D.I.) Lekopancing using PDSDA-PAI Software Version 1.0. The results of the performance index valueof the Lekopancing Irrigation Area is 55.16%. In accordance with the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No.12 / PRT / M /2015 the performance index value is included in the classification of the condition of the irrigation area is less and needsattention which has a value between 55-69%. Based on the results of the study the relationship between the influence ofthe performance index on the rehabilitation of regression equations through SPSS 23 software resulted in thedetermination coefficient value adjusted R2 of 0.963 indicating the influence of variable irrigation services, P3A, OP orpersonnel, operation and maintenance moderation of 96.3% of variables Lekopancing Irrigation rehabilitationperformance index, then excel output, the relationship between the influence of the irrigation network's performance onthe irrigation performance index obtained by the equation y = 0.1217x + 27.2282 and the coefficient of determination(R2) is 0.966, so the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.975 which indicates a factor relationship the effect of the irrigationnetwork performance index is very strong influence.
