ANALISA KINERJA JALAN DENGAN PERKERASAN KAKU PADA RUAS JALAN TODDOPULI RAYA TIMUR KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

The performance of the road that has not been maximized caused by the fulfillment of the community needs is
also not optimal. One of the road that needs to be evaluated is the Toddopuli Raya Timur road. the performance reviewed
is free flow speed, average travel time and Road Roughness Index.
The method used to measure Free Flow Speed and Traveling Time follows the MKJI 1997 procedure, while the
method used to measure Road Roughness is the International Roughness Index (IRI) method.
The results show the performance of road traffic based on the average speed on the East Toddopuli Raya Road
segment 1 and segment 2 categorized as service level C, for the road service index based on free flow velocity for
segment 1 is category D and for segment 2 is category C, and Road surface unevenness index based on PU standards can
be categorized as moderate conditions.
