Abstract

Daarul Ihsan Salenrang Islamic Boarding School is located in Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province, is located 47.2 km from Makassar City. The current capacity of the existing boarding school is not comparable to the addition of students and students. In connection with this, Mitra programmed the development of special students on 18m x 21m land. The purpose of this activity is to increase the use of Pondok Pesantrean building facilities by casting environmentally friendly concrete floors. The method of implementing building floor plates is: Determine the thickness of the floor plate, measurement, combustion of materials with a volume ratio: 1 cement: 2 sand: 3 broken stones and 25% Ash coal fly (replacing cement) and casting. The stages of casting include: stirring, casting, compacting, curing and finishing. The results of community service in the form of an environmentally friendly concrete floor plate of the Daarul Ihsan Salenrang boarding school building covering an area of 8 m x 12 m (96m2 with a thickness of 7cm). Increasing practical knowledge and work safety of the community and video activities of the Method of Casting Building Floor Plates using Industrial Waste in the form of Coal Flying Ash (Fly Ash).
