SISTEM SCADA DEHUMIDIFIER THERMOELECTRIC PADA JUNCTION BOX SUPPLY UTAMA RUBBER TYRED GANTRY CRANE
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop a thermoelectric dehumidifier integrated with a SCADA system to monitor the conditions of the main supply junction Box of a rubber-tyred gantry crane, to automatically control the thermoelectric dehumidifier using a set point based on temperaturee difference and dew point, and to acquire data on the performance of the thermoelectric dehumidifier and the condition of the main supply junction Box. The research was conducted at PT. Pelindo Petikemas TPK New Makassar and the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic, utilizing various tools and materials such as Peltier TEC-12715, XYMD02 sensors, PZEM-017 sensors, LoRa E220, and LoRa E90. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the design and construction of the SCADA system for the thermoelectric dehumidifier in the main supply junction Box of the rubber tyred gantry crane can minimize the occurrence of condensation by reducing humidity and maintaining the temperaturee difference and dew point within the optimal range with the set point between 8.20-10.20 °C.
